RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

All items must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of purchase date. All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags and original labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact customer service at flawless@essentailstore.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail item to address below.

REFUND

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
